Terms of Service

1. Who can use BridgeX

BridgeX is a private, invitation-only network. You may use it only if you have been invited to a chapter and you accept these terms. By signing in, you confirm you are authorised to join your chapter and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What BridgeX does

BridgeX helps members of the same network request and make introductions to one another. Introductions require mutual consent — no contact detail is shared until both members agree. We do not guarantee that any introduction, response, or outcome will result from your use of the service.

3. Acceptable use

Use BridgeX professionally and in good faith. You agree not to harvest or scrape member data, send spam or unsolicited sales pitches, misrepresent yourself, or use the network for any unlawful purpose. Your chapter administrator may suspend or remove members who breach these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the profile information and messages you contribute. You grant BridgeX the limited licence needed to store and display that content to the relevant members in order to operate the network. You are responsible for what you share.

5. Privacy

Your use of BridgeX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

6. Fees

Membership may be subject to fees as described at sign-up or by your chapter. During the pilot, access is provided free of charge unless stated otherwise. [Confirm pilot billing terms.]

7. Suspension & termination

You may leave at any time by asking us to close your account. We or your chapter administrator may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the network and its members.

8. Disclaimers & liability
